Anna JacksonAnna was first exposed to yoga in 2007 when her older sister was going through yoga teacher training. After trying many different forms exercise throughout life, nothing captivated Anna's focus and desire for growth the way that yoga did. In 2014, she completed "Organic Soul" teacher training with the wonderful Susie Caicedo. Knowing that the lessons yoga has to provide are innumerable, Anna continues to broaden her horizons through her own dedicated practice under the guidance of many wonderful teachers in the Dallas, TX community as well as across the country. Ashlie McGillAshlie literally (almost) ran into yoga watching Jessica Young demo at a Luke’s Locker event in 2002. Mesmerized by the light of the demonstration, she attended Jessica’s class the very next day. From that savasana, life just became brighter. Ashlie started teaching in 2006 and leads a powerful, fun, nurturing class. Ashlie studies with Baron Baptiste and is a Baptiste Yoga Certified Teacher. She loves Baptiste Power Yoga because of the awakenings the sequence inspires within, over and over again. In 2014, Ashlie completed the We Teacher Training with Julie Boyd and Cheryl Oliver (Ashtanga-based Vinyasa). Teaching at We is such a joy for Ashlie. She is grateful for a space that celebrates yoga for all ages and paces. Ashlie lives in east Dallas with her husband and two kids, who are yogis by nature.
Blair IsomBlair began her yoga journey over ten years ago in Dallas. She then moved to Lubbock and was introduced to the practice of Iyengar, this is where she feels she truly learned the foundation of the poses. Five years after moving to Lubbock, a Baptiste studio opened and she was able practice other techniques. When she finally moved back to Dallas, she was reconnected with her passion for Vinyasa flow at We Yogis. Blair completed her yoga training under the guidance of Cheryl Oliver, Gina Dunn, and Nicolle Callahan in 2016. Her upbeat music will help empower you through her fun, challenging classes!
Bret McKinneyA good friend and Yogi brought me to WeYogis some years ago to Rockin Yogis class on a sunday afternoon.....I had been practicing yoga at the gym I belonged to and was really starting to get into it. I had never experienced anything like what WeYogis had to offer. the experience was unbelievable, the music, the sweat, practitioners, the flow,...all so amazing! I eventually joined and started practicing every single day. I couldn't believe all of the positive changes that the practice brought me physically, mentally, and emotionally. Brooke ConleyBrooke attended her first yoga class in 2001, and the calm she experienced during savasana changed her life forever. She spent the next 16 years living in multiple cities across the country, where she practiced everything from Bikram to Vinyasa. Brooke began a daily meditation practice in 2013 after her son was diagnosed with cancer and she needed a healthy and effective coping mechanism. Once her son was in remission, she continued to find solace in both meditation and yoga. Brooke's classes emphasize fundamental yogic principles and proper alignment, while maintaining focus on breath, energy and awareness. She encourages all of her students to practice mindfulness, non-resistance and self-love on the mat, so that they are more equipped to apply the tenets of yoga to their real-life experiences.
Charlotte HuntMy yoga experience grew deeper when I joined Yoga Karma Warriors and taught yoga at Nexus Recovery Center specializing in rehabilitation for substance abuse for women and adolescences. I saw firsthand how yoga helped build confidence in these women and allowed them to connect to their mind, body, and spirit. My experience at Nexus peaked my interest in wanting to learn more about the benefits of yoga and how I could teach it to others.
Clair TomkinsClair began her yoga practice in 2002 and explored several different types of yoga before landing on the vinyasa style. For several years was a student of Susie Cacido's. This is where she really fell in love with the practice. She has always been an athlete and yoga was the perfect balance to her other training. She was certified in her 200 hour teaching training through Nicolle Callahan and Cheryl Oliver at We Yogis in 2017. She pairs her athletic style of teaching with music that is fresh and energizing. Her goal in teaching is for the body to open the minds of her students through movement and breath. Pairing creative sequencing and dynamic transitions, her classes are both challenging and invigorating. Clair lives in Lakewood with her husband and two children.
Deborah LeeI tried my first yoga class in 2004 after a serious ankle injury. I was a dedicated gym rat who thought kickboxing, spinning and weight training were the only ways to stay in shape. After my first yoga class, I knew I was wrong. I traded in my cross trainers for my yoga mat and have continued to practice different styles of yoga ever since. In May of 2016, I received my RYT200 teacher certification under Cheryl Oliver and Nicolle Callahan. I teach Rockin Yogis, Yoga for Golfers, We Flow, Deep Stretch, and Restorative classes at We Yogis. Teaching this variety of classes is a great reminder that yoga is for everyone.
Diana RodgersDiana always knew she would want to teach yoga someday after opening We Yogis in 2012. In 2013-2014, she joined We Yogis first teacher training program with Julie Boyd and Cheryl Oliver as their guides. Diana completed her training in 2014, and has been teaching at We ever since. Eric SchambariEric is a YTT certified instructor under the teachings of Nicolle Callahan, Susie Caicedo and Cheryl Oliver. As a retired MMA pro-fighter, Eric combines the mental strength he has gained from over 17 years as a Jiu Jitsu black belt competitor and practitioner with the physical strength he built from competitive swimming to his yoga practice. Eric intends for his yoga students to leave his classes challenged and accomplished with a greater understanding of yoga through a safe and effective yoga practice. Eric takes pride in providing a unique compilation of movements and music with each class. He spends his free time planning his next travel adventure and caring for his two puppies, Smokey and The Bandit.
Erica WhiteMy journey to the mat started in the ballet studio. After dancing classical ballet for 19 years and teaching for 7, I found my love for yoga after graduating from Texas A&M University in 2008 as a way to continue the movement but also relax the mind. I felt compelled to bring my teachings and experience to my local community by getting her 200 HR Yoga and 85 HR Prenatal Specialty Yoga Certification.
Georgette DunnWhat kept me coming back to class? Learning to practice, not perform. Learning to know when to step back, and when to trust myself and push past fear, how to be in the moment without reacting- these are gifts I continually receive from practicing yoga- and gifts I authentically strive to share through teaching. Jennifer JamesonMy love for yoga developed over the course of 16 years. After spending the majority of my life as a ballet, hip-hop, tap dancer and avid runner, I discovered yoga in college. It wasn't until my third child turned 3 that I began a consistent practice. Becoming a certified instructor was a natural progression for my practice and I received my 200 hour certification in 2018. I hope to share my love and knowledge for the practice and inspire my students in every class that I teach.
Jessie HaimsMovement has always been a major part of my life beginning with ballroom dancing as a teen. In 2011, my ballroom dance partner and I won both the world and national titles in our division. Shortly after I retired from dancing, but my love of movement continued into my next career as a yoga instructor. My background is rooted in anatomy and biomechanics and my goal as a teacher is to empower my students through this knowledge so they can live without pain. In class you can expect to find fun, flow, and fundamentals of human movement. I hope each student walks away learning something new about their bodies each time, and armed with the knowledge to make intelligent decisions about their movement both on and off the mat!
John-Paul HenryJP was a long distance runner who attended his first yoga class at We Yogis after the studio opened in 2012. He discovered yoga after developing foot pain problems from, and he feel in love with the solace that came from the mind body connection, and the physical challenges that came from the practice. He is a native of Colorado, and completed his Power Vinyasa training through South Hills Power Yoga in Pittsiburgh in 2016. He still a competitive runner, having completed his 5th Boston Marathon and 11th overall at the distance in April 2018.
Juan ZambranoJuan Zambrano started his yoga practice in 2013 while finishing his masters program. He was introduced to it through yoga therapy, immediately he knew yoga was for him. Since then, Juan has been on his spiritual path taking all sorts of trainings. Learning Tantric principles from India to Egyptian Esoteric knowledge. His journey eventually led him to practicing under Susie Caicedo. Juan completed his 200hr training with Susie in January 2017. He is currently in his advanced 300hr training with Susie & Nicolle Callahan. You can find his classes to be challenging yet relaxing while playing this newest and hottest music.
Julie CooperJulie’s yoga journey began with a running injury. Looking to find the same endorphin release while healing her ankle she found bikram yoga and was instantly hooked to the structured postures, the heat, and the zen-like state after class. She realized that through doing yoga she was finally able to calm her mind and that benefit extended to her home life. Later on during pregnancy, looking for a lighter routine, she found Vinyasa yoga and enjoyed the fluidity of linking breath to movement. Post-pregnancy she was looking for a better combination of the heat of bikram, but the constant movement of a true Vinyasa Flow. Taking her first Rockin’ class with Gina Dunn, she finally found a good balance of both as Gina helped her realize how amazing yoga is for the mind, body, and spirit. It was at We Yogis that she fell in love with the practice and realized how much more yoga is than just a workout. Inspired by her teachers and wanting to “pay it forward” she signed up for Asana Dealers Teacher Training in 2015. Under the amazing guidance of Gina Dunn, Nicolle Callahan, and Cheryl Oliver she realized her calling to be a teacher. Kaleigh WalkerKaleigh Walker's background in and love for dance led her to try her first yoga class in 2006. She quickly realized the profound physical and mental benefits that could be achieved with a regular practice and became hooked! Since then, she's immersed herself in studying and practicing the fundamentals of yogic philosophy, completing her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification at YogaHop in Santa Monica, CA in 2008 and Corepower Yoga in Los Angeles, CA in 2011. Kaleigh blends a mixture of basic yogic fundamentals with creative sequencing and uplifting music to motivate her students to further deepen and develop their own individual practice. Kalene McGranerKalene's teaches an exhilarating vinyasa flow full of opportunities to strengthen the body, neutralize the mind and enliven the spirit. She came to yoga after walking past a studio while living in St. Louis where the students were exiting with a serenity and sweat unlike anything she had seen in a gym. After 1 class she was hooked. She was drawn to the non-judgmental environment, the community of yogis and that each time she stepped onto her mat she retreated to a mystical place free from worry and stress that only yoga could take her. Her physical and mental health improved, anxiety dissipated and her overall attitude toward life shifted. Yoga is truly her medicine; making her a better wife, mother and friend. Maggie NiemiecAfter attending her first power vinyasa flow class, Maggie was hooked on yoga's invigorating energy and felt compelled to share this with others through her teaching. Maggie RauchaupWhen it comes to yoga, and exercise overall, Maggie is passionate about the connection between our minds and our bodies. She fell in love with yoga while working at a job that required a lot of sitting. She realized how crucial movement was not just to her physical health, but also to her mental well being. During stressful times at work, she noticed the only time she wasn't thinking about her job was the time she was on her mat, and when she left the studio, she felt more focused, more centered, more herself. She brings that idea to her classes - yoga is a time to breathe, to take a break from your phone and your emails, and to give back to you. Maggie completed her 200-hour certification in 2015 and now teaches full-time. She knows, however, that it isn't always easy to get to your mat, even 60 minutes feels like a lot some days - so she works to make her classes fun, challenging, and rewarding, hoping that her students leave feeling a little better, a little lighter, than when they arrived.
Natalie GoldenNatalie began her yoga practice in 2001 and has explored many different yoga disciplines over the last 14 years. The mind, body, spirit connection – so unique to the discipline of yoga – is what drew Natalie to the practice initially; what keeps her coming back to the mat is the richness of yogic philosophy and history, as well as an interest in Sanskrit and meditation. Natalie completed her 200 hour teacher training program with Julie Boyd and Cheryl Oliver in June 2014 and began teaching at We Yogis shortly thereafter. In her teaching Natalie focuses on the importance of the breath, alignment principles, and building a strong, comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow in order to maintain a sustainable life-long yoga practice. Natalie is RYT-200 certified through Yoga Alliance.
Nicki BylinaIn 2004, at age 18, I graduated from the Asten Center of Natural Therapeutic Massage, opening my eyes to a variety of methods in body work and natural remedies. After practicing massage from 2004 – 2007, I traveled to Thailand to study the ancient technique of Thai Yoga Massage at the prestigious Thai Massage School of Chaing Mai. I immediately fell in love with the Thai culture and practice of Thai Massage as it combines two of my personal favorites, Yoga and massage!
Nicole PrestonNicole was first introduced to yoga in early 2000. At the time, she was a competitive tennis player and an avid runner. She was surprised at how amazing she felt after her first class. Not only was she much calmer, but she also left exhausted, as if she had literally worked every muscle in her body. From that moment forward, Nicole was hooked on yoga, and she began a very regular practice. Nicole completed a 200 hour vinyasa teacher training at At One Studios in Scottsdale, AZ.in 2005. She also recently finished an advance teacher training with Corepower in California. Her teaching is influenced by her mentor, Julie Boyd. Nicole lived in California for a year where she studied with many teachers including Krista and Brock Cahill, who helped take her teaching and practice to a new level. Nicole’s challenging vinyasa class combines music, strength, flexibility and the power of breath. Her class allows students to transform their practice into a meditative flow. She truly believes that anything is possible through yoga, and that if you allow it to happen, it will not only transform your body, but also your mind.
Nicolle CallahanNicolle’s passion for wellness dates back over 10 years when she began her career as a personal trainer. After moving from Canada to Dallas, Nicolle stumbled upon yoga while hunting for lululemon athletica clothing. (As life would have it, she is now an Ambassador for lululemon and shares their vision to elevate community and inspire others.) Her first yoga experience was at YogaPower with the infamous Stephanie Young and that class forever changed her life. She vowed that day “to figure this thing called yoga out.” Surprised at the challenge that yoga had to offer and drawn the new ability to focus her mind, she continues to teach from that place of self discovery and empowerment. Her classes could be described as an upbeat rigorous vinyasa flow that focuses on alignment, brings awareness to the breath and leaves you feeling invigorated and inspired.

Sarah SuddrethSarah trained under Cheryl Oliver and Nicolle Callahan in 2017 through We Yogis 200hr YTT program. She first turned to yoga to compliment her running schedule and fell in love with the practice. Sarah loves truly being a student of the practice and it's ability to constantly change and evolve with time. When teaching she emphasizes the physical practice; challenging both body and mind. Her classes are fun, not so serious and always to a killer playlist. She is a North Carolina native and moved to Dallas in 2011. Shirley HoShirley’s yoga journey started 3 years ago when her friend / teacher encouraged her to try out a new yoga studio with friendly staff and, most importantly, childcare. She initially fell in love with the practice because the classes were fun, energetic and interesting. This faster paced, vinyasa flow was not the kind of yoga she had experienced previously. Then as Shirley practiced more, she began to realize all the other intrinsic benefits of yoga - the strength and flexibility of the mind and body during the practice, the calmness that manifests afterwards.
Susie CaicedoMy classes are a blend of Ashtanga and Hatha styles that allows the spirit to play, the mind to calm and the body to become a temple. My intention is to create acknowledgement without judgment; encouragement and constant development and growth. Susie CarpYoga found me as I was trying to downshift from corporate lawyer to stay at home mom of three. A vinyasa yoga tape appeared as a gift in my mailbox and I was hooked from the first Om. I love the physical challenge of yoga, but it is the clarity, quiet, and joy cultivated through practice which draw me to the mat every day. I study and practice yoga and meditation with many talented instructors in Dallas and beyond. I completed my 200 hour teacher training with the exceptional Susie Caicedo and am RYT-200 certified through Yoga Alliance. I teach a vigorous vinyasa flow focusing on breath and alignment and hope to empower my students to increase their flexibility, strength and focus, on and off the mat.
Whitney WilburI began my yoga journey in 2000, shortly after our first son (Pax) was born. After several years in California training in Reformer-based Pilates, my husband Eric and I moved back to Dallas, where I began a regular practice at Bikram Yoga on Mockingbird and with an incredible Baron Baptiste trained yogini, Glenda Wolchuk-Twining with whom I was practicing when our youngest son (Miles) was born. When Exhale Spa opened in 2006, I began Core Fusion classes and also became a yoga student of Sabra Hanson, Susie Caicedo Elizabeth Welp and Julie Boyd, with whom I completed my Yoga Teacher Training Certification in Spring of 2012, along with Cheryl Hall-Oliver. At 40 years of age, I recently added running to the mix and have found that yoga remains the key to my peak mind-body performance, not only providing strength, balance, and flexibility, but also introspection, focus and peace of mind on and off the Mat!
