Courtney began her yoga journey in 2011, after finishing school and looking for something to transition to after collegiate track and field. In 2012, she completed her 200 hour RYT certified through yoga alliance, and has been teaching ever since. Courtney's classes are a mix of challenging vinyasa flows that integrate breath work and being fully present in all that you do. Expecting her first child in November of 2016, she hopes to empower students to step onto the mat from anywhere at anytime in their life. Yoga is for everyone, and any body.
