As an avid yogi for over a decade, Jessica knew that becoming a teacher would be a natural progression in her practice. She received her 200-hour teacher training in 2009 and has been empowering others to find a sense of strength and balance through yoga ever since. Today she teaches an energetic vinyasa flow that is both invigorating and approachable. Through the breath, asana and music, she creates a fun space to play and find liberation from fear and resistance. She travels the world to learn from other yogis, and is continuously inspired by the incredible folks she meets along the way. Off the mat, Jessica works for a beauty company and promotes nutrition and wellness as a health coach.
